Spare Parts:

We carry some of the most extensive ranges of spares for Codan NGT, Motorola, Thuraya, Barrett, etc. All Navcom spare parts supplied by us carry exactly the same guarantee as those supplied by the original manufactures. Three years for HF and 1 year for Motorola. We are proud to say that we are a predominant spare parts supplier in the market.

Because of the ready stock that we handle, 90% of our orders are executed on the same day as the order is placed. We have also positioned ourselves as a prestigious spare parts supplier of Codan products and Motorola around Kenyan, South Sudan and Somalia. All sought out items like Codan (VR/SRx/SR) mobile antennas, handset,cradles, coaxial cables, speakers, Motorola spare parts accessories, etc., are purchased from genuine manufacturers and suppliers. This ensures total compatibility, reliability and end-user confidence.

– Navcom Ltd provides expert services for start-up, troubleshooting, spare parts, repair and maintenance for all makes of Codan NGT HF & VHF radio products, Motorola, Thuraya etc. Supported by our manufacturers’ factory engineers and technicians, our worldwide network of technical support team assures that expert help is always available. We also provide value-added services such as training, two way radio rental and system software upgrades to support the operation of customers radio facility.

Technical Services:
Navcom Ltd set Engineers and technicians are Codan trained. They can design, supply, install and service all radio system components, as well as make modifications to existing radio systems.
Technical Training:
We offer numerous training courses for our customers. Training for operator and end-user is available on site at customer’s office or our office locations. Courses range from a general basic operation introduction overview to in-depth maintenance and troubleshooting of HF & VHF radio products. In addition, Group Training or organizations and groups looking to tailor courses in our offices or at customer who have preferred location can be arranged.
For those customers seeking training on our Solar Energy Solutions products, e.g. (solar panels, battery chargers, invertors) can be combined.
Certification: We offer standard certificates based on products training by our
qualified staff.
